Do not cast me away when I am old; do not forsake me when my strength is gone."

Origin
The origin of the YOLO Foundation comes from a 40+ year professional career in healthcare including hospitals, clinics, private duty homecare and hospice. During this time, there were many encounters with wonderful people knowing they had only a short period of time left and wanted to make the most of it. Unfortunately, many of them were not able to have a final dream granted, however; there were a few that did. For those DREAMS that I witnessed, the impact was profound. The YOLO Foundation was created to assist with making DREAMS become a REALITY for as many terminally ill adults as possible.
Service Area
YOLO Foundation currently serves Blount, Knox and Sevier Counties in East Tennessee.
Life is short, and it’s up to you to make it sweet.”
